In 2010, Martin Flores Diaz, on furlough from a half-way house in San Angelo, was cruising at an estimated 90 MPH down Chadbourne, intoxicated as usual. My elderly mother, who was driving her elderly sister who was recovering from hip surgery to her JOB (you know, to pay taxes for this guys existence), was unfortunately traveling the same direction directly ahead of this loser. When he struck them at an estimated 90 MPH, my mother said her first thought she had been struck by an airplane. Everyone involved was sent to the hospital, my mother lost all of her teeth, my aunt sustained additional injuries to her new hip replacement and lost days at work, as for this loser, who cares what happened to him, I only know he lived, was sentenced to 15 YEARS, for DWI 3rd or more in 2011...a short four years later....he's back in San Angelo with 2800 grams of Meth....the system works.
