Convicted Child Porn Promoter Transported To Federal Prison Over Weekend

The Tom Green County Jail booked 75 inmates over the weekend.

The most popular offenses were DWI, and possession of marijuana/controlled substances. Combined, law enforcement booked 14 inmates on those charges.
Public intoxication was the runner-up, jailing four inmates. Theft, failure to identify, resisting arrest, and assault were among the other crimes inmates were jailed.

On the flip side, 45 inmates were released from jail. Some inmates were transported from the jail to other facilities.

Justin Benedict Morales, 40, was among the transported. Morales was jailed on May 21 for possession with intent to promote child pornography as a result of “Operation Broken Heart II,” a national undercover operation that busted Morales and 16 others for  possession/promotion of child pornography, and engaging in online solicitation of a minor for sexual purposes.
