I have never been stopped for "walking on the wrong side of the road" by the local police department in my neighborhood.

This guy's violent threats bother me more than his possession of dope. Seems to have a screw loose. But make no mistake, the enforcement of this pedestrian law is nothing more than SA's version of Stop & Frisk.
