Firefighters Douse Blaze in San Angelo

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — Firefighters extinguished a fire that broke out just before noon today near the intersection of E. 22nd Street and Volney Street

Crews arrived to find heavy smoke coming from the residence, though no flames were visible by the time reporters were on the scene.

Linemen were also present, working to secure electrical lines in the area as firefighters contained the blaze.

The cause of the fire remains unknown, and officials are continuing to investigate.
