Woman Injured in Crash Near The Wharf

SAN ANGELO, TX­— A major crash near The Wharf occurred just before lunch time on Friday, September 27, 2024.

Around 10:45 a.m., a major crash was called on Loop 306 near The Wharf and Jack Bates Drive. Scanner reports indicated a young woman was complaining of pain and she was assessed by medics on scene.

While EMS crews prepared to transport an individual to the hospital, no one ended up leaving in the ambulance.

Little damage was seen on the vehicles, but one person was in a neck brace and would take herself to the hospital.
