Another Friday Crash Sends One to the Hospital

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — A crash at the corner of Koenigheim and Beauregard sent one to the hospital on Friday afternoon. 

At around 1:25 p.m., the San Angelo Police Department responded to a crash that involved a blue Honda CRV and a VA Ramos Roofing Truck.  The crash occurred in the intersection at Koenigheim St. and West Beauregard Ave.

The Honda CRV had substantial front-end damage, and the front bumper was torn completely off the vehicle. There was not much visible damage to the roofing truck.

EMTs checked the driver of the Honda CRV on the scene before she was transported to Shannon Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.

As of 2 p.m., SAPD and the San Angelo Fire Department shut down one lane on W. Beauregard Ave and one lane on Koenigheim St.
