Single-Vehicle Crash in San Angelo Leaves Car Tangled in Yard

SAN ANGELO, TX - A single-vehicle crash occurred at the 1800 block of Edmund, leaving a Chevy Cruze in a mess, according to the San Angelo Police Department.

Details provided by authorities indicate that the incident occurred as the Chevy Cruze was traveling eastbound.

For an unknown reason, the driver drove off the road across westbound traffic.

The trajectory of the vehicle continued as it ventured into a yard situated at 1826 Edmund.

Upon entering the yard, the Chevy Cruze collided with rocks placed in the garden of a residence.

The driver opted against being transported to the hospital despite the significant impact of the crash.

Authorities discovered that the driver has a history of epileptic seizures but asserted not having experienced a seizure in several years.

The driver, however, affirmed being under medication for the condition.

“She doesn’t remember anything besides going eastbound,” San Angelo police told San Angelo LIVE.

No citations were issued in connection with the incident.
