BREAKING: Driver Flees Scene Following 3 Car Crash on Knickerbocker Saturday Night

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — The San Angelo Police Department is searching for a driver after he took fled the scene of a bad three car crash on Knickerbocker Rd. on foot Saturday night. 

According to the San Angelo Police Officers on scene, on Dec. 17 at around 8:30 p.m., officers with the SAPD were dispatched to the intersection of Knickerbocker and Parkview for the report of a major crash.

When the officers arrived they discovered three cars had crashed in the intersection. Unfortunately for police, there were three cars but only two drivers. 

Officers confirmed that one of the drivers fled on foot so details on the crash is vague. 

The SAPD sent out a nixle asking for drivers to avoid the area. The following is that nixle. 

SAPD: Avoid the intersection of Knickerbocker Rd/Parkview Dr for the next several hours due to a motor vehicle accident.
