A Chevrolet Tahoe collided with a gray Chevrolet Malibu at the intersection of the Old Ballinger Highway at U.S. 67 just before 5 p.m. Tuesday.

According to the Texas DPS, the driver of the Malibu failed to yield the right-of-way to the southbound Tahoe when the Malibu was turning onto U.S. 67.
There were four souls onboard the Tahoe and the Malibu’s driver was the sole occupant. The Malibu driver was rushed to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, DPS said.

The driver of the Malibu was issued a citation for failure to yield the right-of-way.
