According to the officer, the driver of the blue Mazda was heading west and about to turn off of Bryant onto 7th Street. At the same time, the driver of the blue Dodge Caravan was heading north on Bryant. A witness stated that blue Mazda had a green light when the driver of the Caravan pulled out in front of him causing a collision.
