The driver of an orange vehicle was crashed into after taking evasive action to avoid hitting a dog crossing the Houston Harte Expy. Saturday night at approximately 10 p.m.

According to San Angelo police, the driver slammed on the brakes, taking evasive action to miss the dog, and spun around 180 degrees.
A second vehicle ran into the front of the orange vehicle.
No one was taken to the hospital.
The dog was injured in the crash and put down by City of San Angelo animal control due to its injuries, according to police. No citations were issued. The crash happened near Howard St.
