Mother and Kids Sent to Hospital in Bell St. Crash

The airbag deployed in a blue Chevy Cruze that was involved in a car wreck with a Chevy Impala this evening, resulting in injuries that sent a mother and children, possibly two, to the hospital.

The crash occurred at roughly 6:45 p.m. at S. Bell St. and Rio Concho. Currently, the Cruze is still running from its idle position under a shade tree. The Impala is situated on Bell St. right at the intersecton of Rio Concho, facing a pole. Both vehicles sustained front end damage.

The driver of the Impala appears to be uninjured; the occupants of the Cruze sustained non-life-threatening injuries.

Home Motors is on scene to tow the vehicles.

The investigation into the crash is ongoing and further information is not available at the moment.
