Two Sent to Hospital in Crash on Bryant and Ave. L

Both drivers involved in a two-vehicle crash this morning have been sent to the hospital by ambulance after colliding in the intersection of Ave. L and Bryant.

An ambulance left the scene first with the driver of a steel blue Honda CRV, who had been heading east on Ave. L when the crash occurred. A second ambulance then arrived to transport the driver of a white Chevy Cruze, who was headed north on Bryant at the time of the crash. Neither ambulance left with lights or sirens activated.

The collision occurred in the middle of the intersection and debris and fluids are spread all over the road. Police are investigating the crash to determine cause.

The two inside northbound lanes have been closed down to traffic, while the eastbound lane of traffic on Ave. L is obstructed.
