Friday Night Football: 'Meet the Chiefs' is Friday at San Angelo Stadium!

 

SAN ANGELO – Lake View High School will be hosting 'Meet the Chiefs' night Friday night at San Angelo Stadium before the first football scrimmage against Fort Stockton.

At 5:00 p.m., the JV and Freshman teams will have a scrimmage followed by acknowledgements of student trainers, the varsity football team along with other athletes involved in volleyball, tennis, cheerleading, Blue Crew, Chiefettes, the Lake View Band, cross country runners, and the freshman and JV football teams.

'Meet the Chiefs' will be at San Angelo Stadium located at 1919 Knickerbocker Road.

The Lake View varsity team will scrimmage Fort Stockton at 6:15 p.m.

Lake View realigned this offseason as did every other team. The Chiefs are now in a district that consists of Andrews, Big Spring, Brownwood, and Lubbock Estacado. The first game of the season will be against Lamesa here at 7:00 p.m. on August 26, 2022. The full schedule for the Lake View Chiefs is as follows:

  • Aug 26- Lamesa at Lake View- 7:00 p.m.
  • Sept 2- Lake View at Sweetwater- 7:00 p.m.
  • Sept 9- Vernon at Lake View- 7:00 p.m.
  • Sept 17- Lake View at Lubbock- T.B.A.
  • Sept 24- Lake View at Levelland- T.B.A.
  • Sept 30- Greenwood at Lake View- 7:00 p.m.
  • Oct 8- Lake View at Andrews- T.B.A.
  • Oct 14- Brownwood at Lake View- 7:30 p.m.
  • Oct 21- Lake View at Big Spring- T.B.A.
  • Nov 4- Lubbock Estacado at Lake Vie- 7:00 p.m.
