Sterling and Irion Counties to Issue Election Identification Certificates

Sterling, Irion, Schleicher, Coke, and Menard Counties will be issuing Election Identification Certificates (EIC) to Texans who do not already have an acceptable form of photo identification necessary to vote, said a press release Tuesday.
