DWI Tops Tuesday Charges

Twenty individuals were booked into the county jail on Tuesday, amoung them four charged with driving while intoxicated.

Marijuana possession ran a close second among the top-ranking charges on Tuesday at three counts, followed by two theft, two assault and one injury to a child/elderly/disabled person.

One person was booked on three counts of issuing a bad check, and 21 inmates were released.
