Grand Jury Indicts 70; 34 on Drug Charges, Six for Crimes Against Children

 

Seventy individuals were indicted by a Tom Green County grand jury this month, 12 of those on two or more offenses. The grand jury met for two days, and released the list on Wednesday, which includes indictments for the 51st, 119th, 340th and 391st District Courts. Of those indicted, authorities have issued capias warrants for 14 of the individuals.

Out of 85 total offenses listed, 34 are drug related. Seven of the 12 indicted on multiple charges have at least one drug charge against them. Below is the list of the total indictments in each category, as well as the names of those indicted. Some received multiple indictments for the same offense.

Possession of a controlled substance:

Manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance:

Manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance:

PG3/4, <28 grams—1 indictment

Possession of marijuana:

>4 ounces </= 5 pounds—1 indictments

Michael Anthony Meza.

Eleven individuals were indicted on two offenses this month and one was indicted on five offenses. Of those 12, seven had at least one drug-related charge. Those individuals and their indictments are listed below.

Michael Anthony Martinez—Possession PG1; Aggravated Robbery

Saul Sanchez Lopez—Possession PG1; Manufacture/delivery PG1

Michael Anthony Meza—Possession PG1 (2); Possession Marijuana; unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon (2); prohibited weapon

Matthew Aaron Dominguez—Possession PG1 (2)

Eric Estrada—Possession PG1; evading arrest/detention with previous conviction

Roy Heath Chesser—Theft of property >/= $20k<$100k; theft of firearm (3)

Heather Ogden Plumley—abandon /endanger child/criminal negligence; injury child/disabled/elderly person.

Keby Gene Plumley—abandon/endanger child/criminal negligence; injury child/disabled/elderly person.

Daniel Anthony Diaz—Unlawful possession firearm by felon; credit card/debit card abuse.

Natalie Leticia Garcia—Credit card/debit card abuse (2)

Six individuals were indicted for crimes against children, four of which involve some sort of sexual abuse or assault. The names of the individuals indicted for child crimes and the charges against them are listed below.

Heather Ogden Plumley: Abandon/endanger child/criminal negligence; injury child/disabled/elderly person.

Keby Gene Plumley: Abandon/endanger child/criminal negligence; injury child/disabled/elderly person.

Cali Lucille Davis: Aggravated sexual assault of a child; indecency with a child sexual contact.

Lucas Sanchez: Indecency with a child sexual contact.

Jeremy Dewayne Sandifer:  Aggravated sexual assault of a child (2); sexual abuse of a child continuous, victim under 14; indecency with a child sexual contact.

Theodore Gregory Meyer: Indecency with a child sexual contact (2); sexual abuse of a child continuous, victim under 14.

The remaining individuals were indicted on the following charges:
