Drugs, Marijuana and Theft Make up Wednesday Jail Bookings

 

Tom Green County Jail saw 22 new inmates walk through their doors on Wednesday, several of which had been picked up on previous charges. 

Possession, marijuana and theft remained the crimes of choice, each accounting for five inmates booked into the county jail. Four more were booked for DWI, as well as one for PI, one for possession of a switchblade and one for assault.

Twenty-nine inmates were released on Wednesday.
