Theft was a recurring problem Thursday, accounting for nine of 29 arrests. Public intoxication saw the second highest count at five, followed by four DWI, four possession and four marijuana-related arrests.
On Thursday one each was also booked on aggravated assault, assault and minor in consumption. Thirty-one inmates were released.
