Thursday's Cold Put a Slight Freeze on Crime

Thursday's cold seemed to put a freeze on a lot of crime, with far fewer incidents and bookings than the day normally incurs.

Only four inmates were booked on theft charges, while the San Angelo Daily Incident Report, had only three incidents.

Assault accounted for four service calls, and three inmates were booked on that charge.

Three inmates were booked for drug possession, and one guy or gal didn’t seemed to be bothered by the cold, as there was an incident of indecent exposure on the report.

In total there were 21 inmates booked into Tom Green County Jail, while 30 were released.
