Thursday was a busy day for local law enforcement and the Tom Green County Jail.
Drug possession had the highest number of bookings with five inmates, and theft was a close second with four. Alcohol-related crime was down with only one inmate booked into Tom Green County Jail for a DWI.
A persistent occurrence in the past couple of weeks have been the unlawful carrying of weapons, with at least one a day.
The San Angelo Police Department had a couple of unusual incidents, such as false statement to obtain property or credit and indecent exposure.
The Tom Green County Jail had high traffic in and out, with 29 inmates booked and 46 released.
