New Burger Joint Opening in San Angelo

SAN ANGELO, TX — A new eatery, “Tall Guys Burgers and Fries,” is set to take over the building that previously housed “Smitty’s Smokehouse.”

The building, located at 2402 MLK Blvd between the Chicken Farm Art Center and Franco’s, is reportedly “almost ready” according to the business. However, an exact opening date has not yet been announced.

Tall Guys Burgers and Fries plans to serve smash burgers, chicken tenders, and loaded fries.

Smitty’s Smokehouse closed its doors for the last time on June 23, 2024.
