Surprise surprise. To compete in da BBQ bidness in Texas you better have extraordinary delicious food.
Smitty didnt cut sauce.

If some secretive organization — wholly unaccountable to the public — had conspired to put the owner out of business, who would they be? Where would they hide? In plain sight? 🤔

As if one should find some fine bar where they could mollify their concerns over this "Dead Horse" with a cold drink as they silently pursue these eldritch mysteries. I understand your meaning. 😉...

They mostly be called Biden inflation and food prices through the roof. If food prices dont simmer down soon we will be seeing more of restaurants and such closing down.

I have already noticed this is happing, now I never have to wait for a table.

BTW  Smokehouse in da village is the best BBQ in Angelo

Stay tuned eater outers.

One would think that during a time when recession, inflation and poor leadership is occurring, it would not be a time to open a business, especially a restaurant, but hey let's do it anyway... Brisket is at an all time high and has been since the planneddemic. They really should have known better.

It's not the food, it closed because of the location, that building has been a million things, not one survives, well Fatty's relocated
