City Council Holding Emergency Meeting on Busted Sewer Main
SAN ANGELO, TX – The San Angelo City Council will hold an emergency meeting Tuesday afternoon to take action to repair the 24 inch sewer main that failed Monday.
According to Public Information Officer Brian Groves, the only agenda item is to take action on "an emergency ordinance allowing the award of no-bid contracts for the emergency repair of a 24-inch sewer line break located between Magdalen St. and Oaks St. under the Houston Harte Expressway and amending the budget to allocate funding for such contracts."
The City Council meets at 3 p.m. in City Hall and the meeting is open to the public.
