The Pinlock is a clear, flexible lens that attaches to the inside of a helmet visor using two tiny plastic pins. Lined with a silicone gasket, it creates an airtight pocket of insulating air between the warm breath inside the helmet and the cold air outside. This simple physical barrier effectively prevents condensation from forming, turning an old riding nuisance into a solved engineering problem.
