Phillip Cary Cochran, age 54, of San Angelo, TX passed away on June 7, 2022. He was born on October 26, 1967, in San Angelo to his parents Robert Cochran and Marilyn Warden Cochran.
Phillip graduated from Angelo State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He was a Business Broker for Long Term Care Facilities. He married Carla Luck on June 6, 2009 in San Angelo, TX. He enjoyed playing golf, hanging out with friends, and his dogs. He is survived by his wife Carla Cochran; children, Sean and Katie Nelsen of Abilene, Shon and Hollie Harkrider of San Angelo, Connor Luck of Fort Stockton; grandchildren, Koen Nelsen and Declan Nelsen of Abilene, Theo Garza, Ruby June Garza and Max Harkrider of San Angelo; mother, Marilyn Cochran of San Angelo; sister, Pamela Cochran of San Angelo; brother and sister-in-law, Steven and Mindy Cochran of Dallas; nephew, Robert Vernon of Pflugerville and his beloved dog Sheila who he named after his sister Sheila Cochran who preceded him in death. Preceding him death is his father, Robert Cochran; sister, Sheila Cochran and his beloved dog Bob who he named after his father.

A visitation will be held for Phillip on Saturday, June 11, 2022 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Harper Funeral Home.
