The Tom Green Sheriff’s office and the San Angelo Police Department are requesting any assistance is locating the below individual sex offenders for failure to register as the law requires. Each have been issued warrants.
Jay Criswell
Jay Criswell, 42, is wanted by the San Angelo Police Department. He is required to register the duration of his life for the offense of Sexual Assault of a Child 13 YOA female. He has failed to submit to his duties and notify his Community Supervision Officer of address change. He also failed to refrain from alcohol on numerous occasions, and has no intentions of hiding his alcohol consumption. Additionally, Criswell failed to avoid contact with his victim, failed to participate in Counseling/Treatment program and Intensive Outpatient Program and various other required programs, and has a history of suicide attempts, among various other violations.
An Order for his Arrest was issued on September 15, 2015. His last known location is San Angelo.
Trevor Jonsen Eckert
Eckert, 36, is required to register the duration of his life for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child 13 YOA Female.

Philip Foster Lafleur
Lafleur Is believed to have gone back to Louisiana, which is where he came from last October. But his last known location was San Angelo. He is wanted for his "Carnal Knowledge of a Juvenile."
Curtis Edward Lee
Lee, 56, has quite the background that includes: Burglary, Sexual Assault of Child (3), Indecency with Child Sexual Contact, Motion to Revoke Probation, Forgery (2), Failure to Register as a Sex Offender (2). Lee has also failed to appear at his court dates, so in turn, a Capias as issued September 1, 2015 with a new bond amount of $20,000.
His last known location is San Angelo.
Aaron Michael Parker
Parker, 44, is required to register the duration of his life for Rape of a 17-year-old female, which is a 3rd Degree felony.
Has a warrant out of Washington State for Rape 3, but there is a limited extradition on that charge. His last known location was San Angelo.
Enrique Alejandro Hernandez
Hernandez, 24, is required to register the duration of his life for Aggravated Sexual Assault to a Child 14 YOA Female.
Last known location is San Angelo.
Joseph Michael Gore
Gore, 30, is required to register the duration of his life for Sexual Assault of a Child 16 YOA Female and Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child 13 YOA Female.
He is wanted out of Irion County for Motion to Revoke Probation Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and Warrant out of TGSO-MTR Sexual Assault of a Child.
His last known location is San Angelo.
Matthew Frank Bowder
Finally Bowder, 30, is required to register the duration of his life for Attempt to Commit Unlawful Sexual Penetration 1st Degree of a 7 YOA Female.
His last known location is San Angelo.

PermalinkWhy is San Angelo so nice to these dirt bags. This scum should be in prison. Instead they are on the streets to offend against more children. Case in point the latest case 8 years deferred for sexual assault and kidnapping. Get real it has been shown that scum like this keep offending. PUT THEM AWAY PROTECT OUR CHILDREN

PermalinkThey behave worse than wild animals and should be treated as such. Don't put them away, put them down. I would rather protect the innocence of a child than the smug ego of some do-gooder who feels capital punishment is unjust.
