The second suspect in a multi-agency manhunt Monday has been apprehended and booked into the county jail.
Trent Eugene Watson, 20, was picked up on three warrants Tuesday evening by Sheriff's deputies and was charged with two counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and one count of evading arrest.
Watson has been wanted by the Sheriff's Office since Monday morning, when he was sighted with accomplice Chad Ramirez, 22, hanging around some suspicious vehicles that turned out to be stolen. Ramirez was appehended near FM 380 and Riverwood Road, however Watson fled in what became a large-scale manhunt, when he was sighted near Loop 306 and Homestead Circle at around 10:45 a.m. Monday.
The search included deputies from the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, SAPD K9 Unit, TxDPS and Texas Parks and Wildlife. By 12:40 p.m., Public Information Officer Lieutenant Christina Lopez released information on Watson's phsyical appearance, and stated that deputy's had identified him but were waiting for a warrant.
He was picked up Tuesday evening and was booked at 7:43 p.m. He is being held in lieu of $100,500 in surety bonds.
Ramirez was jailed Monday on two counts of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, prohibited weapon knuckles and possession of drug paraphernalia.He is being held in lieu of $15,920 in surety bonds.
Update 1:07 p.m.
According to the Tom Green County Sheriff's Office, Watson was picked up in the 400 block of Pulliam St. in an alley, where he was seen talking to another male. The unauthorized use charges are state jail felonies punishable by 180 days to two years in jail and a fine not to exceed $10k. The evading arrest charge is a class A misdemeanor.

"The evading arrest charge is a class A misdemeanor." Well, no more concealed carry for this young man, if he were otherwise eligible to carry. In fact, most likely very fortunate for him that he was not carrying.
OK, disregard all of the above. He's listed as 20 years old, and in order to be eligible for a Concealed Carry Permit, ONE of the MANY qualifications is that the applicant be 21 years of age. Trent Eugene Watson, you have messed up your life quite a bit already. I suggest you start Preaching and passing the Hat; that would be legal for you.
