SAN ANGELO, TX — The upcoming Oriental Flame Korean BBQ & More took a visible step toward opening this week as workers raised the restaurant’s sign Monday at 4217 College Hills Blvd., the former site of GoGo GoGi Korean BBQ.
In addition to the new signage, a “Now Hiring” sign was also placed outside the building. A message board beneath the sign reads: “Grand Opening / Daily Specials / Full Bar.”
Roughly 24 hours ago, the restaurant launched both a Facebook page and an official website, which includes a full menu of offerings ranging from traditional Korean barbecue cuts to appetizers, boba milk teas, and more, including a lunch and dinner buffet. The menu is available at orientalflametx.com/menu.
We reached out for a potential opening date and were told that the business is trying to open up sometime in May. It was also said that the official announcment will be posted on social media.

I hope the employees are being paid in social credit, as per North Korean tradition!

What San Angelo really needs is an ethnic Afghani restaurant—the kind of place the competition would go bankrupt over just trying to beat their selection.
