Texas Man Arrested After Trying to Take Child Off School Bus, Found With ‘Ninja Star’

 

HARRIS COUNTY, TX — A Texas man was arrested Friday after allegedly trying to take a child off a school bus in Harris County while armed with a “ninja star,” according to Constable Mark Herman’s Office.

Deputies said the suspect attempted to board the bus, offered Uber rides, and then tried to remove a child. When taken into custody, he was found carrying a Japanese throwing star.

Authorities also discovered the man had an open warrant out of Harris County. Additional charges are pending. Spring ISD officials responded to the scene.

The case remains under investigation.
