Welder Stolen From Truck in San Angelo, Public Asked to Help

 

SAN ANGELO, TX — A Bobcat welder was stolen off a truck parked at Robert’s Truck Center on Bell Street overnight, prompting an appeal to the public for help in locating the equipment.

The Concho Valley Crime Stoppers and the truck’s owner have issued alerts, asking anyone with information about the theft or if the welder is spotted for sale online to come forward. The stolen equipment is a Miller Bobcat welder. 

“If you know anything about this, please notify us by calling 325-658-4357 or using the P3 app,” Crime Stoppers stated. 

No suspects have been identified, and the investigation is ongoing.

I can weld, but I've never been stolen from a truck. Just from lovers. But if anyone I knew had a pet bobcat that knew how to weld, I'd probably steal it and feed it scraps in exchange for good welds.
