Motorcycle Down on W. Beauregard

A motorcyclist is down on west Beauregard and south Randolph Streets in front of Bill's Man Shop, having apparently had an accident this afternoon around 12:10. 

A female sustained non-incapacitating injuries in the accident and is being taken to Shannon. She appears to have been part of a larger hobby biker group. 

Reporters on scene say that there doesn't appear to have been another vehicle involved, however the investigation continues. 

Update 12:30 p.m.

Investigating officer Ed Hunger of the San Angelo Police Department stated that three motorcycle riders were westbound on Beauregard. When the light changed, they didn't notice till the last minute and hit the brakes, going into a skid. One of the riders was injured, Hunger said, and there were no other vehicles involved. 

The bike sustained only a few scratches in the accident.
