Mini Oscar Mayer Weinermobile Crashes

CHICAGO, IL— The mini–Oscar Mayer Weinermobile flopped on its left side after it was involved in a two-vehicle crash.

The Illinois State Police reported that the Weinermobile was heading northbound when it collided with another vehicle and rolled on the driver side. The two vehicles collided and the Weinermobile lost control, tried to over correct, and ended up leaning too far left and rolled over.

It is unknown if the Weinermobile rear ended the other vehicle although reports say the front end of the Weinermobile was damaged.

The Weinermobile needed assistance to get upright and eventually needed to be towed away. Video showed two “Hotdoggers” emerging from the Weinermobile.
