Cowboys Sign Former First Round Cornerback and UFL Linebacker

ARLINGTON, TX— The Dallas Cowboys have signed a former first round draft pick to bolster their secondary and a UFL Linebacker.

The Cowboys have signed former Oakland Raider and first round pick Gareon Conley and UFL leading tackler, linebacker Willie Harvey.

Conley was a first-round pick by the Oakland Raiders in 2017 when he was drafted out of Ohio State. He was ranked as one of the best corners by many in the draft. Conley did have a rape allegation against him before the draft but did not have charges brought against him by the courts.

Conley played for Oakland for two seasons before being traded to the Houston Texans. The Texans did not give him a contract and Conley went on to play for the D.C. Defenders. Now, he’ll have another shot, albeit behind some stellar corners, in Dallas.

Infront of Conley on the depth chart are Trevon Diggs and DaRon Bland, who are record setting corners in the NFL. Diggs is coming off a torn ACL and Bland set an NFL record in pick-sixes last season. Conley will still have Jourdan Lewis, Nahshon Wright, and rookie Caelen Carson to outplay for time of the field.

Harvey might have a little bit of an easier time getting on the field at linebacker. The Cowboys like to play All-World defender Micah Parsons on the line and linebacker has been a thorn in Dallas’ side for some time now.

Dallas signed Eric Kendricks in the offseason and drafted Notre Dame linebacker Marist Liufau but the rest of the linebacking corp rests on injured players. Damone Clark had surgery coming out of LSU when he was drafted and second year linebacker out of Texas, DeMarvion Overshown, tore his knee up last preseason. The Cowboys moved Markquese Bell from safety to linebacker and he actually had a decent season.

What really happened was instead of us abolishing slavery , everyone no matter skin tone became a slave to our government. We like to say we're free but we really aren't. Make sure to pay your taxes slaves.

As far as I can tell from examining conflicts that government has had with various groups abroad, one of the important early ingredients to enduring freedom appears to be sturdy Toyota pickup trucks. The Ford/Chevy debate is pure distraction.
