Child Molester Illegal Immigrant Released into ICE Custody

SAN ANGELO, TX - 22-year-old Daniel Ramos was released from the Tom Green County Jail Tuesday.  He was originally arrested and charged with two counts of Sexual Assault of a Child and a Federal Warrant from Immigration and Customs Enforcement. 

Ramos was arrested by San Angelo Police and Tom Green Co. Sheriff's Deputies on September 30th, 2023, and was booked at 12:06 p.m. His bond was listed at $105,000.00 for the Sexual Assault Charges, but he was being held for the Immigration charge and remained in Tom Green County Jail until yesterday.

Court documents show Ramos was arrested for having sex with a 15-year-old girl on at least two occasions. 

Ramos was released from Tom Green County Jail Tuesday, December 26th at 11:13 A.M. into the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
