WATCH: Longtime San Angelo Parts Store Razed

SAN ANGELO – The building that used to house the NAPA Auto Parts store on the corner of Sherwood Way and Arden Rd. across from H-E-B has been demolished.

As we reported earlier, NAPA owners moved the auto parts store a few blocks away to the former West End Collectables building at 3033 W. Harris.

The original building on Sherwood Way has been home to popular restaurants and parts stores for decades.  Watch video below of the demolition site:

The new oil change place is going to be a Take5 oil change business according to the San Angelo Permits Department.

Take 5 is a national oil changing provider that has locations across Texas including Big Spring and Abilene. Take 5 has been in business for over 35 years and specialized in speedy oil changes with their signature drive thru oil change lane.
