Crime Stoppers Hunting for Very Dangerous Bad Guy

SAN ANGELO — Concho Valley Crime Stoppers is urgently searching for a High-Risk Sex Offender wanted for violating the conditions of his probation.  

According to the Concho Valley Crime Stoppers, on Feb. 21, 2023, Area Law Enforcement is asking for your help finding Tomas Torres, Jr. He is a High-Risk Sex Offender in Tom Green County who is currently out of compliance with the court-ordered conditions of the Texas Sex Offender Registry.

A felony warrant was issued for his arrest on 02/16/2023 for FAIL TO COMPLY SEX OFFENDER DUTY TO REGISTER LIFE/ANNUALLY- Third Degree Felony. Attached are Torres' DL photo & a recent Facebook picture.

Well, this sort of thing happens when you put criminals on probation instead of in a cage.

It depends on the level of criminality.  THIS guy should have been put in a cage... with an unpleasant cagemate.
