PAINT ROCK, TX – An educator at Paint Rock ISD has resigned after allegations of having an improper relationship with a student.
Shania Tinney was the former Ag teacher for Paint Rock ISD. That was until last week when she abruptly resigned.
"Following an investigation into allegations regarding Ms. Shania Tinney, Paint Rock ISD has accepted her resignation," stated Paint Rock ISD.
The allegation implied by the school district comes from an alleged improper relationship with a student at PRISD. If convicted teachers could be sentenced up to 20 years in prison.
