Sonora Mortgage to Open New San Angelo Office

Sonora Mortgage, a Division of Sonora Bank, based in Boerne, will be expanding their operation and enhancing their customer service with the opening of a new office in San Angelo.  The division, responsible for residential mortgage lending for Sonora Bank, welcomes Tessa Easley and Cristal Ostrander.

Tessa will be joining the Mortgage Division as Vice President and Regional Manager. She will be focused on supporting our San Angelo and Sonora Branches, and further developing and building on referral relationships in the region for Banking and Mortgage opportunities. She most recently was Branch Manager for Willow Bend Mortgage in San Angelo. She has an extensive Banking and Mortgage career in the San Angelo marketplace and a great reputation. Tessa is a member of the San Angelo Association of Realtors and the San Angelo Home Builders Association, serving on the Home Expo Committee and the Operation Finally Home Committee.

Cristal will be a Senior Mortgage Processor for Sonora Mortgage. She has 13 years of mortgage processing experience; most recently as a senior mortgage processor for Willow Bend Mortgage in San Angelo.

Joining Tessa and Cristal in the new location at 3443 Knickerbocker Rd. in San Angelo, will be Jennifer Loudermilk and Heather Gossett of Sonora Mortgage, currently working out of Sonora Bank’s Southland Branch. “We see this as a wonderful complement to our current presence in San Angelo and Sonora, and the Mortgage operation as a whole, as well as an opportunity to grow our influence in the real estate market and communities” said Lance Lemoine, President of Sonora Mortgage and Executive Vice President of Sonora Bank.
