SAN ANGELO – A San Angelo man was sentenced Thursday through a plea agreement for aggravated sexual assault of a child.
According to court documents David Bradshaw took a plea deal which will place him on ten years deferred adjudication probation.
As we reported earlier, on November 22, 2020, witnesses heard a child crying and when they went to check on the child, the found her on the floor of her bedroom, crying uncontrollably.
The victim then made an outcry of sexual assault against the defendant, identified as David Bradshaw.
In a forensic interview with the child victim, she stated that Bradshaw coerced her to lay on a bed and had her remove her clothing. Bradshaw removed his and sexually assaulted her.
Bradshaw was arrested, then indicted in March 2021 on one count of aggravated sexual assault of a child and one count of indecency with a child/ sexual contact. He was sentenced to ten years deferred adjudication for aggravated sexual assault of a child charge and the indecency charge was waived.
Also, at the time of this crime, Bradshaw was on probation for felony drug possession from 2019.

WTF is with the justice system? This guy rapes a child and gets 10 yrs deferred adjudication? At the end of 10 yrs that falls off and he won't be labeled a sex offender. This guy should actually be drawn and quartered. Do we as a people have to come together and do this ourselves? I for one support public lynching of pedophiles. PermalinkTotally unacceptable BS sentence!!! This scumbag convict, on his first year of felony probation, didn't think twice about brutalizing a child, her age unreported. I can almost certainly predict that while he's out, free to find more child victims, he will indeed assault another innocent child. Courts know that pedophiles don't stop craving sex with little children, and this type of underwhelming punishment happens all too often, especially in Tom Green county. I say bring back the guillotine and put in an express lane for convicted perverts like him.

PermalinkDespicable! An absolute disgrace. The legal system has effectively told this child she has no value. Prior charges and currently on probation for drugs? The entire legal system in this county should bow their heads in shame. PLEASE, PLEASE , remember all of these cases when these incompetents come up for re-election. As Willie says, "vote 'em out."
