EDINBURG, Texas – Rio Grande Valley Sector Border Patrol (RGV) agents arrest two child sexual predators and more gang members this week.
Agents working at the Falfurrias Border Patrol Checkpoint referred a tractor trailer to the secondary inspection area following a K-9 alert on April 18. A search of the trailer revealed four migrants illegally present in the U.S; among the group was a Salvadoran adult male. Record checks revealed he had a 2020 conviction of sexual assault of a child.
On Friday, April 15, Rio Grande City Border Patrol agents apprehended a group of nine illegal aliens. Record checks on a Guatemala national adult male revealed he was convicted of sex with a minor less than 16 years old and had served 180 days and three years’ probation.
Additionally, RGV agents arrested an 18th Street and a Mara-Salvatrucha (MS-13) gang member with extensive arrest records to include unlawfully carrying of a weapon and assault.
Border Patrol processed all subjects accordingly.
In Del Rio, U.S. Border Patrol agents assigned to the Del Rio Sector recently arrested two convicted sex offenders.
April 13, Del Rio Station agents arrested 42-year-old Humberto Alvarez-Peralta, a Mexican national, shortly after he illegally entered the United States. During processing, records checks revealed that Alvarez-Peralta was convicted of sexual assault of a child, a second-degree felony, in Liberty, in 1997.
Alvarez-Peralta has been removed from the United States 10 times within the last two years and was most recently deported in March of this year.
April 14, Comstock Station agents arrested 63-year-old Hipolito Hernandez-Acosta, a Mexican national, just after making illegal entry into the United States. During processing, record checks revealed he was convicted of statutory rape, in Georgia, in 1995.
Hernandez-Acosta has a lengthy criminal and immigration history. He has been ordered removed on three separate occasions, with the last being in March 2020.
As convicted felons with prior removals, both subjects face a charge of 8 USC § 1326 – Re-entry After Deportation, which carries a maximum sentence of up to 20 years in prison.
Since the beginning of Fiscal Year 2022, Oct. 1, through February 28, Del Rio Sector has arrested 19 convicted sex offenders.

I sure hope we haven't stopped loading these human pieces of feces up on buses and dumping them out like a load of garbage on Biden's doorsteps and they are handed google maps with the addresses of all Biden's small grandchildren since he wants them over here so bad..........
