SAN ANGELO – No more Big Freak'n Burrito on Sherwood Way in San Angelo as the newest Taco Bueno closed suddenly.
A sign on the door Sunday said, "Due to continued staffing issues, this location is now permanently closed. Our (North) Bryant Location remains open, and we hope to see you there!!"
Many restaurants and other businesses across the country have had difficulty hiring employees for entry level, minimum wage jobs since the Biden Administration's response to the Covid-19 Pandemic shutdown.
The Taco Bueno building was less than four years old.
There is no information at this time if another franchise owner will take over the location or what will become of the building.
The first $1,000,000 Taco Bueno built in San Angelo is at the corner of N. Bryant Blvd. and 9th St. According to the sign, that location is still open for business.

And here we have Yantis blaming Biden for his cerebral hemorrhoids again. Jeez, but that crap gets old.

PermalinkWould be sad except its true. Dems pay people more to stay home rather than work. Have you checked income tax refunds? People with kids are getting an extra $15-$20k. Lets Go Brandon

PermalinkThis is BS, they close for some other reason. I have looked for work at restaurants all over town none are hiring at least not a white person.

PermalinkSo what you're saying is you can't really get an unbiased report from any news outlet? That's pretty much a summation of your retort. Maybe you'll find a more fitting daily report somewhere else?
