Woman & Dog Survive Rollover Crash Near Wall

 

SAN ANGELO, TX- A woman driving a red pickup truck survived a crash after it left the roadway and rolled crashing into a field on Ripple Road near Wall in Tom Green County Tuesday night.

The 2004 Dodge crew cab pickup truck was traveling northbound on Ripple Road and for unknown reasons the pickup left the roadway, rolled over, crashed and landed on its roof.

The driver was pinned in the vehicle and EMS personnel helped her get out. She had a dog with her when she rolled the truck.

According to Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper Tim Marlatt at the scene, the woman showed signs of intoxication and was arrested for driving while intoxicated after a field sobriety test was performed. The driver was identified as a Deborah Edging.

The dog was not harmed during the crash.
