Sounds like an interesting place to chow down ... if only I knew where to go. ?‍♂️

It must be a guessing game we are playing in order to try and find the place. I'll go first..... My guess is at the NE corner of the intersection of Knickerbocker Rd and W. 29th street in that lime green and purple building........

And I'm gonna guess they serve water in different flavors. Hence the dumb name Aqua Bistro...

For everyone wondering where it is, just look for the one mile long stack of cars on Knickerbocker. For the ones that don't care, stay out of the right lane when traveling west.

I wish these people well.  San Angelo has some decent restaurants, but the offerings tend to be rather plebian.  It appears these people are willing to assume the risk of offering different, perhaps more exotic stuff, and the next time I visit there I will hit this place instead of having the usual steak or Tex-Mex.  Don't misunderstand:  I love both of those, but having different choices will be nice.

I will close by saying San Angelo does offer great beef and Tex-Mex.  One place also presents decent seafood.
