Gordon Ramsay Is Moving to Texas

DALLAS, TX –– Gordon Ramsay is moving to Texas after his company announced the relocation of its restaurant headquarters to Las Colinas, TX.

According to a Dallas area news source, the move to the Lone Star State is part of an expansion plan that aims to open 18 restaurants next year and a total of 75 in the next five.

The CEO of Gordon Ramsay North America, Norman Abdallah, explained the availability of chefs and restaurant support staff is one of the main reasons for the move. Another reason are the favorable tax policies.

“The cost of living adjustment [from California to Texas] is pretty substantial,” said Abdallah.
