White House Confirms Embattled President Will Run for Re-election

WASHINGTON, D.C. – White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki confirmed on Nov. 22 that President Biden will seek re-election in 2024.

Rumors began swirling last week after multiple reports of Biden telling the news to his inner circle.

Biden, the oldest president in U.S. history, turned 79 over the weekend.

Psaki did not specify if the White House would automatically endorse Vice President Kamala Harris for president if he decides not to run.
