Kidnapping and Assault of a Pregnant Person Arrests Top Tuesday Booking Report

The Tom Green County Sheriff’s Office, the San Angelo Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety made various arrests including the following individuals.

  • Dwayne Evans was arrested for AGG KIDNAPPING W/DEADLY WEAPON and AGG ASSAULT DATE/FAMILY/HOUSE W/WEAPON at 3:31 p.m. Evans’ bond has been set at $75,000.00.
  • John Alcala was arrested for ASSAULT OF PREGNANT PERSON at 10:45 p.m. and was released at 11:58 a.m. the next day on $30,000.00 bond.

There are currently 606 inmates at the TGCDF as of Wednesday afternoon. Not every inmate in custody is in the facility long enough to stay overnight.  Some inmates who qualify for bond are released as soon as they make bond.

*The booking report uses an unclassified DEA Intelligence Report titled “Drug Slang Code Words” for terms meaning marijuana.*

The following individuals were booked into the TGCFG on Tuesday, November 9, 2021:

  • Ricky Martinez was arrested for RPR* BURGLARY OF VEHICLE, FRAUD USE/POSS IDENTIFYING INFO # ITEMS 10<50, POSS CS PG 1?1-B <1G, and POSS/DEL DRUG PARAPHERNALIA at 3:05 a.m Martinez’s bond has been set at $8,162.00.
  • Rudy Carpenter was arrested for VOP* ASSAULT CAUSES BODILY INJURY FAMILY VIOLENCE at 1:39 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Pablo Fraire was arrested for J/N* POSS MARIJ <2OZ, J/N* POSS CS PG 1 >=4G<200G, J/N* RESIST ARREST SEARCH OR TRANSPORT, and MISC US MARSHALL HOLD at 2:04 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Travis Davis was arrested for POSS MARIJ <2OZ and POSS CS PG 2 >=1G<4G at 2:10 p.m. Davis’ bond has been set at $11,000.00.
  • Dwayne Evans was arrested for AGG KIDNAPPING W/DEADLY WEAPON and AGG ASSAULT DATE/FAMILY/HOUSE W/WEAPON at 3:31 p.m. Evans’ bond has been set at $75,000.00.
  • Martin Pena was arrested for GOB* POSS CS PG 1 <1G at 3:56 p.m. and no bond has been set.
  • Richard Chavez was arrested for FAIL TO IDENTIFY FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE and MISC PAROLE VIOLATION at 9:34 p.m. Chavez’s bond has been set at $500.00.
  • Dolores Ornelas was arrested for THEFT PROP >=$100<$750 at 11:06 a.m. and was released at 11:58 a.m. the same day on $500.00 bond.
  • CL Moore was arrested for NO DRIVER LICENSE (WHEN UNLICENSED) and SP* CPF* SPEEDING at 4:23 p.m. and was released at 10:43 p.m. the same day on $248.00 bond.
  • Joel Smith was arrested for PUBLIC INTOXICATION at 7:46 p.m. and was released at 11:43 a.m. the next day on $462.00 bond.
  • John Norman was arrested for DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED W/CHILD UNDER 15YOA at 8:26 p.m. and was released at 11:58 a.m. the next day on $7,500.00 bond.
  • John Alcala was arrested for ASSAULT OF PREGNANT PERSON at 10:45 p.m. and was released at 11:58 a.m. the next day on $30,000.00 bond.
  • Antamorey Coleman was arrested for FTA* UNL CARRYING WEAPON at 11:54 p.m. and was released at 12:28 p.m. the next day on $1,125.00 bond.
