SAN ANGELO, TX – A new single family residence housing development will be coming soon to Southwest San Angelo. A new development sign went up recently on vacant land adjacent to the Twin Oaks Subdivision in Southwest San Angelo.
According to the West Texas Land Guy's website, the Enclave at Twin Oaks will be located just south of Loop 306 on Grandview Dr. and Canyon Rim Dr.
The land has already been cleared and now crews will begin constructing streets and utilities to connect with the existing neighborhood. These roads will include Royal Oak Dr., Grandview Dr., Clearview Dr., Silver Spur Dr., and Coral Way.
The West Texas Land Guys consists of San Angelo's Eric Von Rosenberg along with Lubbock builders Robert Wood, Trey Strong, and Kendall Cox.
To the west of this new subdivision Sierra Vista builders has a development and is also clearing land to build single family residential homes.
These two builds will boost the San Angelo housing economy as the Enclave alone will add over 100 new homes to the area.

Cheapskate builder's. They want to pass off the sidewalk cost on the backs of San Angelo taxpayers.
New sidewalk construction on just one side of a street won't bankrupt these developers and builders.
They're just being cheapskates.
