NEW YORK – The Netflix hit show of 2020, Tiger King, which featured many characters like Joe Exotic, Carol Baskin, Jeff Lowe, and Rick Kirkham, lost a zookeeper on Monday.
According to online sources, Eric Cowie, was found dead in a Brooklyn apartment.
No foul play is expected.
Eric Cowie denied a methamphetamine addiction but did have issues with alcohol according to the show.
Cowie testified against Joe “Exotic” Maldonado-Passage, saying he knew tigers were being shot at the Oklahoma tiger farm. He even went on to say Joe Exotic should rot in prison and that he (Exotic) should die in prison.
Joe Maldonado-Passage was sentenced to 22 years in prison in January 2020 for trying to hire hitmen to murder animal right activist Carol Baskin.
