VAN HORN, TX- One day after the U.S. Border Patrol Big Bend Sector apprehended 115 illegal aliens in Van Horn, Texas, the City of Van Horn declared a state of disaster.

The declaration also asked for Texas Governor Greg Abbott to provide “state military forces to aid in controlling conditions in the county”.
